Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM, at 3945 Rich Dr NE B in Salem. You can request a quote first if you want pricing before you visit.
What warranty do I get?
Phone, tablet and HDMI port repairs carry a lifetime warranty against non-accidental defects. Laptop and console repairs, and battery replacements, are covered for one year. Liquid damage is not warranted.
What if it turns out not to be worth repairing?
We will tell you rather than quietly running the bill up, and everything paid above the diagnostic deposit is refunded. We can also make you an offer for the device instead.
